Why can't I print reports on a Mac? return to help menu

As of 8/28/02, report printing on a Macintosh computer does not function. District support personnel are working to resolve the issue. An alternative solution is to use the Export function under the PowerGrade reports menu. The easiest way to open and manipulate an exported file is to use Microsoft Excel.

I created a report and now I can't find it. return to help menu

As of 8/28/02 the list of PowerGrade reports can only show the first 30 existing reports in alphanumerical order. The best way to insure that your report is visible on this list is to name it so that it begins with 1's and a's. Example: 1111aaarod. Be aware that this list is "recycled" frequently and your report may not maintain its position for any length of time.

Be aware the these reports are actually templates. You can use one attendance report for all of your classes. Your class data will be used to complete the templates.
