Out of scale
In this exercise, you will create an image that combines two different images in one. The catch?
One of your images should be out of scale (larger or smaller than real life) than the other image. See the example?
|
1. Choose two images that DON'T belong together. Save them to your I: drive. 2. Open both images in Adobe Photoshop. 3. Cut one image out using the magnetic lasso tool. 4. Resize the image so that it will fit with the other photo. Remember, you are going for a mis-match of sizes. To resize, click on Image and choose Image Size. 5. Copy and paste the object into your other photo. 6. Use the blur and smudge tools to make your out of place object blend in with it's new surroundings.. 7. Save your new photo as "yourlastnameoutofcsale.psd" on your I: drive.. Example: milsteadoutofscale.psd |
