Annual Budget Part 3
1. Open your original, completed Annual Budget assignment (you saved it as annualbudget.xls on your I drive).
2. In cell A2 type Expenses as the as the column heading. Bold the word Expenses.
3. Sort the spreadsheet by Total (column N) in Ascending order. Click here for help with sorting.
4. Turn on wrap text in cell A1. After you apply wrap text your name should be on the first line of the cell and "Annual Budget" should be on the second line.
5. Left justify the expense types (savings, car, rent, entertainment, etc). Click here for help.
6. Hide columns B through F. Click here for help with hiding columns.
7. Delete column J.
8. Filter column G (June) to show expenses greater than or equal to $500.00. Click here for help with filtering.
9. Center the column headings in row 2. Click here for help.
10. Change the entire spreadsheet font to Times New Roman size 12. Adjust the columns so that all text and numbers are visible.
11. Print your filtered and sorted
spreadsheet using these instructions:

scaled to 100%
>
portrait orientation
>
show gridlines
> print gridlines
> print row and column headings
